ABSOLUTE RETURN MULTI-STRATEGY (ARMS) FUND
The Absolute Return Multi-Strategy (ARMS) Fund is an open-ended fund, launched on 1 June 2020.
The investment objective is to provide capital growth and income over the medium to long term, with the intention to distribute regular dividends to investors. We seek to achieve returns through the diversification of investments across geographies and asset classes, including fixed income, global equities and commodities. By implementing an active hedging policy, we seek to reduce the volatility for the Fund.
The Fund is focused primarily on companies with strong fundamentals. We are value investors and adopt a prudent and patient approach in our investment process, with our emphasis on absolute returns rather than against any index benchmarks. The Fund has flexibility to stay more liquid in euphoric markets as well as rotate to other asset classes where the risk-reward is more favorable.

JAPAN REAL ESTATE FUND SERIES
The Japan Real Estate Fund series are private real estate funds that seek income and growth opportunities in the Japanese property market. Each Fund is segregated with it's specific mandate, to own a high-occupancy Japanese property with the objective of achieving capital appreciation upon divestment. In the meantime, Investors will receive semi-annual distributions with income derived from stable rental receipts.

Japan Real Estate Fund 2 was launched in Oct 2019, with an expected investment period of 3 - 5 years. The fund has once again set foot in the city of Fukuoka where population growth is anticipated to continue growing through around 2035. The fund owns a well located residential building that has consistently achieved close to full occupancy. |
Japan Real Estate Fund 1

Japan Real Estate Fund 1 was launched in Oct 2017 with an expected investment period of 3 - 5 years. The fund has looked outside of Tokyo to the city of Fukuoka, Japan's fastest growing city with a growing reputation as a start-up hub. The fund owns a residential building that has consistently achieved more than 95% occupancy. |

The Brazil Hospitality Fund was set up to finance the renovation and retrofitting of a beachfront hotel in Natal, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.

FX & GOLD FUND

The Foreign Exchange & Gold Fund invests primarily in liquid G10 foreign exchange and gold contracts. The investment objective of the fund is to achieve consistent risk adjusted positive returns annually through the aid of computer technology.
Besides discretionary positions based on economic fundamental analysis and flow, the Manager applies a set of proprietary quantitative models on part of the portfolio. These models are programmed into automated computer software and loaded onto broker trading platforms for 24x5 price monitoring and trade execution. Profit targets and stop losses are identified on every trade initiated, and profits protected with trailing stop orders and partial profit takes whenever the market moves in its favour. The portfolio is diversified with no over concentration of risks in any currency pair. |
