The ILC Private Debt Fund 1 is the first of a planned series of private debt funds that offers investors the opportunity to participate in a growing space. A niche that is rewarding (targeted ROE of 8-10% per annum), yet innovative in client solutions, girded by prudence in risk management including lending largely via security on quality assets.
The Fund plans to offer bespoke financing solutions to Singapore based corporates who are looking to improve and optimise their short term liquidity needs, where traditional financing is either not available or too onerous. The Fund will be managed by an experienced team with expertise honed over close to 50 years collectively.
