HONG KONG INVESTMENT FUND

The Hong Kong Investment Fund is a Private Equity fund that seek to achieve long term capital growth.
The fund invested substantially its total assets in the shares of an investment company with exposure to real estate and finance company businesses in Hong Kong. The fund was launched in 2013 with dividends paid out to investors annually. The Fund exited in May 2016 with the transfer of its assets to a Hong Kong based fund manager. Investors achieved total returns of 31.4% over a 29-month period. |
